Testimonials

I called you after finding your website. I knew I wasn't happy with my life, and I wasn't sure why. I had so many wonderful things going for me: married for three years, one child (and another on the way!), a nice house, good friends. I had no idea why I was struggling so much, feeling depressed every morning, wondering if there was more to life. After our first conversation, I felt so much better. I felt like you really understood me! After we had worked together for a few months, I was able to really feel more in touch with my moods and became so much more aware of the thought processes that were making me feel depressed. I'm a more positive person now.  Thank you so much!

I really appreciate your advice when I was at a low point in my life. My girlfriend recommended that I should talk to someone. I was a heavy marijuana user since high school, but felt like I needed to cut down on my use or eliminate it completely because it was affecting my relationships and my ability to manage my diabetes. I just wanted to get my use under control. You were like the voice of reason for me and after our second meeting, I had already decided what I needed to do.

You're amazing! I was so nervous about talking to someone about my problems because I'm normally a very shy person, but you made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I didn't think I would look forward to our weekly sessions, but I did. Thanks for all your help.

My 16-year-old daughter was having some problems at school, her grades were falling, and she was reluctant to talk to my wife or I. I didn't want her to go through a lengthy assessment process or be saddled with a psychiatric diagnosis that might affect her in the future, so I decided to find a life coach. It ended up being a great decision. She said that she felt that she could talk to Gabrielle because she was so patient and kind. Within a few weeks, my wife and I had already started to notice that our daughter seemed happier and more confident.
