The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination." ~ Carl Rogers
You may be wondering whether you should see a therapist, and if so, how to find one that you feel comfortable with. I hope to provide you with answers to these and other questions. If you would like more information after reviewing this site, please contact me for a free phone consultation.
Daily life is full of ups and downs. Most of us can manage these challenges pretty well, but sometimes we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope. We may feel sad and alone, stuck and unsure about what to do next. When our own attempts to handle life’s challenges aren't working, therapy can provide the support that we need to put us back on the right track.
Therapy is a journey of looking inward as you move along a path towards greater self-awareness and insight. I want you to feel like yourself again: optimistic, confident, happy. I believe that the answer to sustained recovery and personal growth already lies within you: it only needs to be uncovered.
